Marissa Koons is the published author of The Cool Kids series, beginning with The Birthday Party.
An accountant by day, book lover by night, she received her Bachelors of Science degree from Cedar Crest College.
When not writing, you can find her painting with her kids or swimming laps. Marissa lives with her husband and three daughters in Pennsylvania.
